The current pool creator. Both reward-edit permissions must be frozen and there must be no pending creator transfer.

What changes
The creator role is permanently relinquished. The fixed reward configuration remains; renunciation does not turn its rate to zero.

Common problem
Why is renunciation unavailable?
Check that both mutable permissions are frozen and the pending creator is empty. A partially configured handover must be resolved first.
