1. What the service does
RockTheCoin provides tools to prepare, launch and manage tokens, NFTs and collections on enabled networks. Available features depend on the network, template, contract and permissions. The currently published pages and your transaction review describe the offered action.
Connecting a wallet or opening a review does not itself authorize a transfer, allowance or creation. You control the wallet approval. By approving and submitting the reviewed action, you request the described service on the displayed network and with the displayed settings.
The service does not promise token value, liquidity, exchange listings, investment returns or compatibility with every wallet, marketplace or token standard. Creating an asset and opening a trading market are separate actions.
2. Your wallet and settings
You must be legally able to enter the relevant contract and allowed to use the service where you are. If you act for an organization or another wallet owner, you need authority for the action.
Keep your wallet credentials secure and review the network, account, destination, supply, recipients, permissions and amounts before approving. We do not ask for your seed phrase or private key. A wallet connection is not a token-spending allowance.
The chosen controls matter. Removed mint or freeze authorities, immutable metadata, enforced limits and permanent ownership changes may not be recoverable. Some tools create vesting schedules or locks that hold assets in contracts until their configured release conditions are met. Check the beneficiary, asset and schedule carefully.
3. Prices and service fees
The review displays the service fee in the selected network’s native coin. Displayed website prices are estimates. Service pricing is configured from a EUR reference and converted using cached rates; the exact native-coin quote is fixed for the review’s stated validity, normally three minutes. Request a new review after it expires.
Network fees, account rent, reserves, protocol charges, trading amounts and third-party costs are separate from the RockTheCoin service fee. Estimates can change before execution. Check the final wallet request and keep enough native coin for all required costs.
For Solana and Ethereum creation, asset creation and the service fee share one transaction: if that transaction fails, both roll back. A network can still charge transaction costs. Some tools require a separate allowance or preparation transaction before the actual action; each request is shown separately.
Collection creation has its own quoted price. Current collection item minting has no RockTheCoin service fee, while network or protocol costs can still apply. Other tool prices and any per-recipient charges are shown in the relevant review. A zero service fee does not make network use free.
The exact review, not an old screenshot or an earlier estimate, determines the service fee you authorize. Required information and rights under applicable tax and consumer law remain unaffected.
4. Submission, confirmation and recovery
A wallet response, transaction hash, simulation or saved review is not proof of successful execution. The network must include the transaction and the service must verify the required original receipt or state. Networks and RPC providers can delay or fail.
If a response is uncertain, check the original transaction and use recovery or verification rather than immediately creating another paid transaction. A transaction already approved or broadcast can continue after you close the browser. Separate attempts can produce separate charges if both actually succeed.
Confirmed blockchain actions generally cannot be cancelled through this website. Changing website settings or pausing a factory does not undo an existing asset, remove its configured authorities or release a valid lock. Some network-specific recovery actions can need a separate wallet approval and network costs.
5. Problems, remedies and consumer rights
Contact the service provider if the reviewed service was not delivered as described, you believe a fee was charged incorrectly, or you need to exercise a legal right. Include the chain, original transaction hash and relevant review details; never send wallet secrets.
We assess the original execution and applicable rights. A later change of mind about a correctly created token does not by itself reverse the blockchain or establish a discretionary refund. This is not a blanket exclusion of refunds, defect remedies or other mandatory rights.
Consumer cancellation or withdrawal rights, where applicable, remain unaffected unless the legal conditions for a valid exception or expiry are met. A blockchain approval alone is not a separate express waiver. The technical irreversibility of a transaction does not remove mandatory consumer rights.
Network or protocol costs are charged by the relevant network or protocol, not as our service fee. We cannot promise that those parties will return them. This does not limit any remedy the service provider must give under applicable law.
6. Artwork, metadata and project content
You must have the rights and permissions needed for content you upload or publish and for the assets you create. Keep your own copy of artwork, metadata and transaction records. Do not publish personal or confidential information in public metadata.
You keep your rights in your content. You allow the service to host, display and deliver it as needed for your chosen feature, including public asset metadata and any project page you publish. This is not a general transfer of your intellectual property to RockTheCoin.
When automatic publishing is enabled, requesting a review sends uploaded artwork and generated metadata to Pinata for public IPFS storage before wallet approval, even if you later cancel the transaction. Pinata receives this content from our server. Keeping IPFS content available requires ongoing pinning and an accessible gateway; it is not a promise of permanent storage. Otherwise, default artwork and metadata are hosted by RockTheCoin and depend on this service’s availability. Where supported, you can supply your own HTTPS, IPFS or Arweave metadata URI and arrange its hosting or pinning.
The service may restrict or remove website-hosted content where needed for unlawful content, rights complaints, abuse or legal duties. This does not delete a token from a public blockchain or retrieve copies already held by others.
7. Acceptable use and external services
Do not use the service for fraud, misleading impersonation, rights infringement, unlawful asset activity, malware or attempts to bypass access controls and request limits. You are responsible for understanding the laws and permissions relevant to the asset and action you choose.
Wallets, RPC endpoints, blockchain networks, liquidity protocols, marketplaces and external hosting have their own terms and risks. The service can prepare supported interactions but does not control those providers, guarantee token prices or provide personalized investment advice.
The service may change availability, supported integrations or limits to maintain it, respond to faults or meet legal duties. A temporary pause cannot promise that an existing on-chain transaction stops. Changes do not retroactively replace the contract code or fee you already approved.
8. Responsibility and applicable rights
Use the service with care. We cannot guarantee continuous availability or the behavior of every external network, wallet, token or protocol. These statements do not excuse a failure to deliver a service for which applicable law makes the provider responsible.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability, statutory guarantees or consumer protection where exclusion would be unlawful. Applicable rules about intentional or negligent harm and legally required remedies continue to apply. These terms do not impose a universal financial liability cap or an exclusive foreign court on consumers.
9. Contact and changes
Use the service provider’s public contact details for service questions, complaints or rights requests. The Privacy policy explains data processing and separate optional statistics choices; allowing statistics is not a condition of using the creators.
The date at the top identifies this version. Material changes are communicated as required by applicable law. Updated terms apply to future use and do not retroactively alter an action or fee you already approved. Any mandatory applicable law and consumer jurisdiction rules remain in force.
