Create token vesting or a time lock on Polygon

Lock tokens on Polygon for a fixed beneficiary. Configure a start, cliff and end for vesting, or use equal dates for a simple time lock.

Service fee: ≈ 60.8347 POL

Use ISO dates in UTC. Equal start, cliff and end dates create a time lock. The beneficiary is fixed after creation.

Before you start

Tokens or supported fungible LP tokens, a fixed beneficiary address and start, cliff and end dates in UTC. Check token compatibility before depositing.

How to use this tool

  1. Enter the token address, amount and beneficiary.
  2. Set start ≤ cliff ≤ end, or equal dates for a single time lock.
  3. Review any allowance, the immutable beneficiary and schedule before approving the deposit.

What changes

The escrow holds the deposited assets and releases them according to its schedule. The lock cannot be cancelled and its beneficiary cannot be changed.

Example

Equal start, cliff and end dates lock the full allocation until that one timestamp.

Common problem

Why is a deposit rejected?

Check your available balance, date order and token restrictions. EVM deposits that deduct a transfer fee are rejected; incompatible Solana extensions can also prevent a lock.

Network and protocol costs are separate. Your transaction review shows the current amounts.
