Delegate token votes on Arbitrum One

Delegate voting power for a compatible governance token on Arbitrum One. Delegation changes voting representation without transferring your token balance.

Service fee: 0 ETH

Before you start

A compatible voting token, the wallet whose voting power you want to delegate and a chosen delegate address.

How to use this tool

  1. Inspect whether the token supports vote delegation.
  2. Enter the wallet that should represent your voting power.
  3. Review and approve delegation from your token-holding wallet.

What changes

Delegation changes voting representation. It does not send your tokens to the delegate or grant minting and tax controls.

Example

Delegate to your own address where self-delegation is needed to activate voting power.

Common problem

Why does my balance not appear as votes?

Check whether delegation has been recorded and whether the governance system uses a past snapshot. A current balance is not always the voting balance at that snapshot.
